Hatha Yoga

Hatha simply refers to the practice of physical yoga postures. The word “hatha” can be translated two ways: as “willful” or “forceful,” or the yoga of activity, and as “sun” (ha) and “moon” (tha), the yoga of balance. Hatha practices are designed to align and calm your body, mind, and spirit in preparation for meditation.

All levels are welcome, including first-timers.

Group Yoga

Kesha is a Certified Yoga Teacher (CYT-200) teaching yoga in Hatha style while keeping each session trauma informed. This means there is a focus on releasing what no longer serves us and self-care is promoted. There are lots of choices and clients are encouraged to work at their unique level. There is no judgment or expectation here at Voyage Integrative Wellness.
